Let's write everybody's new favourite song. I've produced for Kevin Yven (The Voice France) and Isaac Niaz, amongst other talented artists in Europe and the US, and I'd love to work with you next. I'm driven by great stories, and believe that the power of pop music is in telling great stories through every detail from lyrics to sound design.

I specialise in modern, maximalist pop music, marrying influences from unashamedly heart-on-sleeve 80s classics with the ever-expanding sound design choices provided to us by technology today.

When I step into the studio, or a Zoom call with an artist, the 'song is king', and every choice I make in production and co-writing is to support the artist in conveying, as effectively as possible, the message of the song.

Interview with Jamie Thomson

Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I work out of a studio in East London with a collection of analogue synths and a great recording setup.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Jack Antonoff, Prince, Robyn, Max Martin, MNEK
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Most often, I put together a track for an artist in the style and emotion they are looking for, we co-write together, and then I produce the full track with the vocals. If I'm working with an artist in London, we'll write and record vocals together in the studio.
