Singer-Songwriter

I earned a scholarship to Berklee College of Music for songwriting. I have worked with prolific producers including Yoad Nevo, Matt Peirson and Arthur Pingrey. I released my debut single "Baby Blue" under the artist name Kfirestorm and have recently released my latest single "Gravity's Existence" under the new name Keegan Teag.

On St. Marks Place, the most notorious street in the East Village of New York City, Keegan Teag burst into the world with a startling mop of red hair, flailing to the Talking Heads’ “Burning Down the House.” Since that very moment, music has been her language of life and love, of thought and feeling, of all that her senses limitlessly engage.
With a bountiful repertoire of both original songs and covers Keegan Teag has performed throughout New York City and the tristate area at iconic venues such as The Bitter End, The Cutting Room, and The Highline Ballroom. In collaboration with Micah Kohn, a prolific producer, Teag released her debut single “Baby Blue” under the artist name Kfirestorm.
Keegan Teag has enjoyed and found inspiration in the music of a wide range of artists: Alicia Keys, David Bowie, Stevie Wonder and Johnny Cash. All of these artists and more, as well as her wide range of experiences – social, emotional, and intellectual have matured to nurture the emergence of Keegan Teag – singer/songwriter of rare empathy with an unusual melodic, r&b-infused pop sound enhanced by atypical harmonies. With her new release 'Gravity's Existence' out under her authentic name Keegan Teag, and many more songs in the works, Keegan Teag is poised to explode into the world.
