Howdy, I'm Lunnari.

I am an artist and record producer from the south of Mexico with more than ten years of professional experience in the music industry.

In music I usually take great care of all my sounds and melodies in every song I do, so I assure you a very professional and impeccable production. I like to design sounds for all kinds of songs, from electronic to ambient, from the loudest sounds to the softest sounds, so I keep my production quite diverse and fresh for anyone's delight.

Throughout the last few years I have been releasing music on my own, and with the help of great artists that I have met through my music I have managed to stand out a bit in the Dubstep music scene. I've even gotten into labels like Halcyon, Indefinite Recordings or placed a few upcoming tracks on Disciple Recordings. My music has been played by Marshmello, Subtronics, Oolacile, Moore Kismet, Leotrix and many others on the scene.

Interview with Lunnari

Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: At the moment I'm working on a lot of solo projects, a lot of collaborations and a lot more content that I'm excited to show everyone. and I'm taking my time to work on all of this because I want everything to sound as perfect as I can, trying the best I can do at the moment because I love to put a 100% of myself into my music and make people enjoy and be surprised.
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I was the vocalist, producer, composer and writer of my first big EP project called "dear pink diary". I am very proud of this project for being my first body of work because in it I was able to test my full potential writing, composing and producing music back then. After a couple of years since its release, I have been improving my sound and my ability to work on my own and my friends' music, and now I can look back at this project and see how I have progressed in my journey as an independent artist.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I usually work in Dubstep, and the complexity of working in this genre made me able to work in EDM in general, Trap music, Pop music, Ambient music and many more types of music that involve great digital sounds.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I would say my strongest skill is sound design, I usually design all the sounds, synths and atmospheres I use in my productions, so that they have their own characteristic sound.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: I would describe my style as alternative, I have always loved to make any kind of song, any kind of music but always having a different touch, something that makes it feel different from the normal productions.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I would love to work with Skrillex, because I love everything he works on, his sound is always clean and neat, and he has always been my main inspiration since I started making music, so I would love to work with Skrillex if possible, maybe future projects.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Always take care of every sound you make, every sound you take, every sound you sample, everything in your project, take care of it and don't rush the process, if you take your time processing all the sounds, melodies or instruments *everything* you will always get a great result, and no matter if it's not the final result it will always help you to have new ideas and concepts that you can use for the final.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Artists like "Skrillex" and "Virtual Riot" inspired me to start this music career and I have always taken tips and tricks from their own productions. And artists like "underscores", "kmoe", "Jane Remover" and many more from the underground scene, inspired me to improve my creativity, to try new sounds that people may not know yet.
