A professional mix of your songs starts with the right editing. I remove glitches and noise (only when it doesn’t add something nice), after that, levels are set on individual tracks so everything is cleared to make a balance on the faders.
As a mixing nomad, I got my setup ready to mix anywhere. In the box on Logic Pro X and all my favorite plugins. I use Waves, Overloud, Plug-in Alliance, Soundtools and Izotope.
When mixing I use my Mastering chain to
have a good idea of what the definite mix can sound like.
If you have your tracks mixed by me, you will get the mix version but also my master version. You can use the master when you like it, it’s ready for all streaming platforms. You can allways send the mix to you favorite Mastering engineer.
