I am a classically trained pianist, songwriter, composer, arranger and singer. Professor of music at Universidad de Antioquia in Medellín, Colombia. As a performer, I have been involved in a wide range of musical projects that include genres such as jazz, latin jazz, salsa, afrocolombian, afrocuban, tango, pop and others. In addition, my career as a performer has taken me to places such as Valparaíso & Santiago de Chile; La Falda & Ciudad de Cordova, Argentina; Guayaquil & Quito, Ecuador; San Salvador, El Salvador; Ciudad de Guatemala; Merida & El Progreso, Mexico; Denver, Colorado, Kansas City, Missouri, Omaha, Nebraska, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, & Des Moines, Iowa. Fifth generation of a musical family from both mother and father sides. Band director and producer of Parranderos Latin Combo, Charanga La Contundente, PapaBombass & Orquesta de Tango La Candelaria.
