Siobhan Cassidy Robinson on SoundBetter

I am a well rounded composer and freelancer. Classically trained thirteen years on cello, I’m currently studying at a top music conservatory to be a film composer. My best genres are classical, instrumental, and pop.

Siobhan Cassidy Robinson, cellist, artist and composer, took an interest in music at a very young age and continued with it after high school graduation.
At the elementary level, Cassidy learned cello in her school’s orchestra and continued with orchestra for years after. After high school graduation, Cassidy intended to major in Arts and Performance at UT Dallas, but soon transferred to Berklee College of Music as a film scoring major.
She played in various gigs for weddings, private events and an orchestral performance. Her performance experience includes placing a seat in the Region 5 Orchestra, Area and All State Auditions, and the Arlington Youth Symphony. She was the principal cellist of her high school and youth orchestra, and later became the president and co principal of the UT Dallas Symphony Orchestra. In Richardson and Arlington, she even taught cello lessons to middle school students for a year and a half and continues with the All City Strings as a cello instructor in Boston. At Berklee, she participates in the Symphony Orchestra, plays in various recording sessions, and school related performances.

Siobhan was great! She was prompt, open to my ideas and easy to work with. The song was great and I would use her again for another project.
