After receiving a Bachelor's Degree from Belmont University in Commercial Music: Songwriting and Voice, she has worked as a session vocalist and co-writer for artists and musicians in California & Nashville, Tennessee. She has studied songwriting under CMA and ACM winner and Grammy nominated Tom Douglas alongside Steve Leslie, James Elliot, and Drew Ramsey and has studied Voice under Grammy-nominated David Tony Dehner. Her music has been featured in the short film Tipping Point and will be released in her forthcoming EP Paper Heart.
