I'm the guitarist vocalist for Blueburst, an excellent rhythm player in any style, and possessor of a Stipe-esque voice leaning towards alt/rock and country.

I've recently re-emerged after a 20 year break from music, and I'm itching to play on whatever you've got.

Guitar wise, I'm a bit like Pete Townsend. I'm not gonna rip into any Van Halen-esque solos. But I'm a hell of a rhythm player and I add can add loads of personality and emotion to even simple parts, I've got the skills, equipment, software and chops to play most any flavor of rock you need, Andy Summers, Robert Smith, Slash, Kurt Cobain, Peter Buck, Alex Lifeson, Mike McCready, Herschel Yatovitz (Chris Isaak) 80s, 90s, grunge, dream pop, clean, dirty, anywhere in between.

My natural vocal style often gets compared to Michael Stipe, and lately, Bob Mould and Ozzy. My range goes up to a high Bb. If you need something really gritty like Cobain or Brian Johnson, my voice unfortunately won't do that. Probably because I don't smoke. Ha.

I sing with a pretty neutral accent, but I'm from Georgia and Texas, and I can turn on a very accurate Southern or Texas drawl if you need one.

If you want to hear my guitars and vocals.my latest project is Blueburst, a collaboration with Marty Willson-Piper (The Church, Noctorum, many more). I sing everything on the record. Marty plays most of the lead parts, but that's me playing the rhythm.
