Hello you, it's a pleasure. My name is Gen.

By night I'm the front person of alt-indie outfit 'Gen and the Degenerates'. We're signed to Marshall Records (the recording arm of the world famous Marshall Amplification) and last year we were lucky enough to tour with previous Glastonbury headliners Skunk Anansie. We've also been played on BBC Radio 1, BBC 6 Music and have amassed over 1 million streams on Spotify.

By day I'm a (mostly) mild mannered songwriter and vocalist living in Liverpool. I'm known for my "exceptionally witty lyrics" (Distorted Sound 2022) and "rare punk presence [which] marries provocation and power" (Kerrang 2022). If you are looking for someone who can bring something unique and energetic to a track then I'm your girl. I have a lot of experience writing tracks for sync and toplining but would be excited to throw myself into any new projects you have for me. Also, I'm an absolute delight at parties.
