  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: This would be the movie "Wo sie ist" (What if). It was a real prestige-project, because Iris Berben was playing the mother. It was a huge privilege to write the music.

  3. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  4. A: A movie about a girlfag who goes on a sexual-experimental journey.

  5. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  6. A: I like both.

  7. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  8. A: To give my best.

  9. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  10. A: The possibility to create something new.

  11. Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

  12. A: Mostly I've been ask things like: "Can you write something like...." My answer is simply "No". I don't want to be a copy-cat.

  13. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  14. A: "What is this movie all about?" I ask this question because I never read the script.

  15. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  16. A: A piano, Seqouia 12, Native Instruments, Ethno World 5. No more needed.

  17. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  18. A: For 5 years.

  19. Q: How would you describe your style?

  20. A: Depends on the music I write

  21. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  22. A: Tom Chaplin. In my opinion one of the most talented singers.

  23. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  24. A: No. Like a magician would say: "Never reveal your secrets" :-)

  26. A: Scoring for movies.

  28. A: Arrangement and composing.

  32. A: It all starts with an idea/melody. When the melody is recorded, everything else takes place; the arrangement, the right instruments, etc.

  36. A: I'm inspired by John Williams and James Horner.

  38. A: I'm writing music for movies, documentarys and feature films.
