Bruno Valastro aka Valax is an Italian DJ Producer born in 1994. Valax is part of the duo D'Amico & Valax, a duo with good intentions from the beginning that collects releases step by step on labels such as Sony Music Italy, Universal Music Germany, Musical Freedom, Smash the House, Hexagon, and their music was played by many international DJs such as David Guetta, Martin Garrix, Tïesto, Timmy Trumpet, Lost Frequencies, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, and many international radio stations such as m2o and Radio Deejay.
Valax specializes in sound engineering having followed a considerable course of study. Having established the foundations with the “Accademia Italiana Dj producer” school in Milan in 2015, the masters followed in 2017 at Gigi Barocco's “Studio 104”. In 2018 Valax founded "Valax's Studio 1", his studio and the general basis of his project, but the course of studies does not stop, Valax has followed the courses and masters of Luca Pretolesi (Studio DMI, Los Angeles), symbol of mixing and mastering par excellence in the world. Many years of studio experience and more than 200 mix and mastering productions made to date in the course of his activity. Valax takes its sound to the next level, so as to compete with international standards of music.

Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: If you need mixing, mastering or anyother audio processing tell me and I can work on it :) Another question I ask to my clients is "How would you like your song sounds like? If you would like your song sounds similar to reference track" :)
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring punch, warm, clarity, I make it sound louder and competitive :)
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Starting from the acoustics of my studio, it was designed by one of the best Italian acoustic engineers, so I have a great sound in my room first. The analog gears in my studio are simple and effective because I work 100% ITB. My sound card is UAD APOLLO TWIN, my first monitors are Focal Twin 6 be and the second ones are ikMultimedia iLoud. I also have an Audioscope, third of octave spectrum analyzer, headphone to reference my mix and master like Beyerdynamik DT 990 pro.

A: I do a lot of mixing and mastering throughout the year
