Interview with Octopus's Garden Studio
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My studio is based around a Pro tools system, with a lot of analog gear. I love old stuff, with a pronounced sound. I don't like transparent stuffs.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I'm really impressed by the work of Justin Vernon, the composer and singer for Bon Iver. I'm totally in love with the work of Tchad Blake and Shawn Everett, I like their creativity and the texture of their records.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I do mainly production, recording, mixing and mastering for independent artists.
