My role included full production, sound design, arrangement, and overseeing the final mix and master, ensuring each track was polished, powerful, and ready for release. I’m proud of this project because it demonstrates my ability to create high-quality music that competes on an international level, while pushing creative boundaries in Jump Up and Future DnB.

A: At the moment, I’m working on a mix of projects across Drum & Bass, EDM, and melodic Jump Up, including both my own productions and client tracks. I’m focusing on designing futuristic sounds, crafting powerful basslines, and delivering polished mixes and masters ready for release on international labels like UKF, Viper, and DnB Allstars.

A: I focus primarily on delivering the best results for my clients myself, so I don’t usually refer other providers. A: I primarily work digital/in-the-box, because today the most important factor is skill and workflow, not the amount of hardware you own. Modern DAWs and high-quality plugins allow me to produce, mix, and master tracks at a professional level, with precision, versatility, and creative freedom. That said, I still value analog gear for its unique character and warmth, and I sometimes incorporate it when it adds something special to the sound. But the core of my work relies on digital tools and expert technique.

A: What I like most about my job is turning ideas into professional, polished music. I love the creative process of designing sounds, arranging tracks, and shaping mixes that not only sound powerful but also connect emotionally with listeners. I also enjoy the versatility — being able to work across genres, from hard or melodic Jump Up and Future DnB to EDM, Pop, Urban, or orchestral-inspired music — and helping artists bring their vision to life while adding my own perspective and expertise.

A: Common questions clients ask me include: “How long will it take?” I explain that timing depends on the complexity of the project, the number of revisions, and whether it’s mixing, mastering, or full production, but I always provide clear estimates upfront. “Will it sound professional on all systems?” I assure clients that I mix and master to translate well across headphones, speakers, and streaming platforms, using industry-standard techniques and high-quality plugins. “Can you work in my style?” I emphasize my versatility, showing that I can adapt to various genres — from hard or melodic Jump Up to Future DnB, EDM, Pop, Urban, and orchestral-influenced music. “Do you offer revisions?” I always clarify that I provide multiple revisions to make sure the client is completely satisfied while maintaining a professional workflow.

A: The biggest misconception about what I do is that people often think producing, mixing, or mastering is just pressing buttons or using presets. In reality, it’s about understanding the music, the artist’s vision, and how to translate that into a polished, professional track. It requires technical skill, creativity, and experience to balance frequencies, dynamics, and arrangement, making sure every element works together and sounds powerful across all systems. It’s this combination of artistic and technical expertise that truly makes a difference in the final result.

A: When I work with a new client, I usually ask questions like: What’s your vision for the track? Understanding the mood, style, and energy you want is essential. Do you have references or inspiration tracks? This helps me align my work with your expectations. What stage is the project at? Knowing whether it’s a full production, stems, or just mixing/mastering helps me plan the workflow. Are there specific elements you want emphasized? This ensures the final track highlights what’s most important to you. What’s your deadline or release plan? Timing can affect workflow and priorities. FabFilter Pro-Q – essential EQ for precise frequency shaping. iZotope Ozone – mastering suite to polish tracks professionally. Valhalla Reverb – high-quality reverb for depth and space in mixes. Even without a full studio, these tools allow me to produce, mix, and master tracks at a professional level, proving that skill and workflow are more important than hardware.

Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

A: I’ve been working in music production for over 7 years, with a background as a certified sound engineer and certifications in mixing, mastering, and sound design. My career started producing my own tracks and expanded into ghost production, co-production, mixing, and mastering for other artists. In addition, as the main producer of my duo Jrace & Albert White, we’ve released tracks in less than a year on top labels such as UKF, Viper, and DnB Allstars, among others. A: I don’t limit myself to just one style, but my main focus is hard or melodic Jump Up Drum & Bass, sometimes exploring Future DnB in the vein of Camo & Krooked. I like combining energy, punchy basslines, and melodic or futuristic elements to create tracks that are both powerful and dynamic, while remaining versatile enough to adapt to different sounds and ideas.

A: I would love to work with artists like Kanine, Reaper, Camo & Krooked, or Tantron. Their ability to combine high-energy drops, heavy basslines, and futuristic sound design perfectly aligns with my own style. Collaborating with them would be an amazing opportunity to push creative boundaries, exchange ideas, and contribute my production, mixing, and mastering skills to deliver tracks that are powerful, innovative, and club-ready.

A: One tip I always follow in music production is: treat every element of the mix as if it has its own space. Use EQ, panning, and volume automation to give each instrument or sound its place, avoiding frequency clashes and keeping the mix clear and powerful. A well-organized mix not only sounds better but also makes mastering much easier and more effective.

I focus on preparing the session carefully, cleaning and organizing tracks, gain staging, and ensuring everything is ready for an efficient workflow. For production, I develop ideas, sounds, and arrangements, drawing from my influences in Drum & Bass, EDM, and other genres, while keeping the client’s style and goals in mind. In mixing and mastering, I carefully balance frequencies, dynamics, and stereo imaging using high-quality plugins, ensuring the final track is polished, powerful, and ready for release. Finally, I review the work with the client, making adjustments and delivering multiple revisions if needed, always guaranteeing a professional, high-quality result. My workflow is flexible and versatile, allowing me to adapt to any genre or style while maintaining the highest standards.

A: Over the years, the role of the studio has changed a lot. Today, what really makes the difference is not how much hardware you own, but how you use the tools at your disposal. I work mainly with a powerful in-the-box setup, using industry-standard DAWs and a carefully selected collection of high-quality plugins for mixing, mastering, and sound design. From advanced EQs and compressors to cutting-edge synths and effects, my plugin library allows me to cover everything from polished radio-ready mixes to innovative and futuristic productions. This setup, combined with my experience, ensures that every project I deliver sounds professional and competitive on any platform or label.

A: My music is strongly influenced by Drum & Bass artists such as Kanine, Reaper, Camo & Krooked, and Tantron, whose balance of energy, innovation, and atmosphere constantly inspires me. While these names shape much of my personal sound, I’m extremely versatile when working with clients — adapting to genres ranging from EDM and Pop to Urban music and even orchestral scores. This flexibility comes not only from my experience as a producer, mixer, and mastering engineer, but also from studying the approach of industry-leading professionals who seamlessly cross genres, like Skrillex, who has proven that creativity has no boundaries.
