I'm Corey Denham a percussionist, collaborator, and composer committed to the performance of new and improvised music. I'm a founding member of Forward Motion, a chamber ensemble that commissions and performs contemporary music in various spaces. As a soloist and chamber musician I have premiered dozens of new works. As an orchestral player I have performed with numerous ensembles including the Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra, True Concord Voices and Orchestra, Resonance Works Chamber Orchestra, Westmoreland Symphony, Winston-Salem Symphony, Greensboro Symphony and Johnson City Symphony. I can be heard on recordings through labels such as Potenza Music, Temporary Residence Limited, Medium Sound and numerous self-released projects. I enjoy working closely with musicians, composers, dancers, choreographers and multimedia artists.
