I’m Torrell, a mixing and mastering engineer with over a decade of experience mixing and working with independent artists across pop, hip-hop, r&b, rock, and beyond. As a musician myself, I know how personal each song is. That’s why I don’t just treat mixing as a technical process; I approach it as a collaboration. My job is to bring out the best in your performance while respecting your creative vision. When you work with me, you’re not just sending stems into a black box. I communicate openly and send regular updates so you can feel confident at every stage. Clients often tell me they appreciate how I make the process stress-free, while still delivering mixes that feel alive, punchy, and balanced.

From a technical standpoint, I mix in Logic Pro using a suite of trusted, industry-standard tools from FabFilter, Plugin Alliance, Soundtoys, Waves, and more. I shape vocals to sit right in the pocket, tighten up low end so it translates everywhere, and craft the overall balance so your track feels cohesive and competitive. Once the mix is locked in, I master for clarity, loudness, and streaming compatibility to ensure your music holds its own against today’s releases.

Most importantly, I believe in collaboration over ego. You’ll always have input, revisions, and space to explore until the final product feels true to you.
