Abigail Bignell is a Hampshire-based independent artist creating music that sits at the crossroads of indie pop, folk, and country. With inspiration from artists like Lana Del Rey, Fleetwood Mac, and Paramore, her sound blends heartfelt melodies with introspective, emotionally driven lyrics. As a singer, keyboardist, and producer, Abigail takes a hands-on approach to her music, shaping each song with care and intention.

Her songwriting often reflects inward moments - capturing thoughts and feelings that many can relate to, without being tied to specific narratives. It’s all about creating space for listeners to connect in their own way, whether that brings joy, sadness, or anything in between.

Alongside her solo work, Abigail is the keyboardist and backing vocalist for the six-piece indie rock band Mega Sun Machine. With them, she’s performed at venues like The Joiners and Southampton Guildhall, supporting acts such as The Tumbling Paddies. She’s currently working on her self-produced debut solo album, marking an exciting chapter in her artistic journey.
