I have 12 years experience as a bassist. At 10 y/o I started playing in a coverband, in which we started with simple pop songs and developed through the years to include all kinds of genres: from reggae to disco to hip hop, etc. In my bachelor course bass at Hogeschool PXL I further developed my skills and created a unique sound.

I am Pepijn, 22 years old from Maastricht in the Netherlands. I can write, play, record and mix bass on your tracks. I have a bachelors degree in Bass from PXL. Here I developed my technical skills and I expanded my knowledge in different genres, from soul to funk to punk to afrobeat. I specialized in studiojobs and performing as a live session musician. Besides this I also have a lot of experience producing in ableton and Logic and working with other forms of media like film or branding. I play in a couple of projects, which include my own progressive indie band and role as a session bassist in the backing band of a Belgian popstar. I also have some experience in classical music. Furthermore, I am decently skilled in guitar, vocals, synth and percussion. At school I excelled at both band projects and solfege, and I like to experiment and innovate with both writing and recording approaches.
