Victoria Theodore is a pianist, singer-songwriter, composer, music director, producer and teacher. She graduated from Oberlin College / Conservatory of Music and Stanford University.

She is on the creative team developing a musical about Marian Anderson, Created the Piano arrangement for the “National Anthem” for the 2020 NFL Kickoff Game, Co-Arranged / Orchestrated “America the Beautiful” for Super Bowl LIII, was Beyoncé’s pianist for Kobe Bryant’s Memorial, Music Director for Playbill’s Women in Theatre: A Centennial Celebration and Summer: The Donna Summer Musical on Broadway.

Victoria joined Beyoncé’s Formation World Tour in 2016, after having been in Stevie Wonder’s touring band since 2007. She has traveled the world, performed for dignitaries such as President Obama, Queen Elizabeth and the Royal Family, accompanied musical icons of every genre, is featured in Stevie's DVD "Live At Last", and is seen in the Oscar winning documentary "Twenty Feet From Stardom". In 2013/2014, Victoria performed as keyboardist, singer, Co-Arranger, Assistant MD for the short-lived return of the Arsenio Hall Show.

Victoria is respected for her wide-ranging musical versatility and prowess. Her debut album of original music “Grateful” was released on September 1, 2015. Her band, EnSpirits, is a collaborative Alternative Jazz /R&B project with multi-hyphenate artist Dave Tweedie.

    Fellow creators! Yeah you! If you’re looking for stellar piano playing, don’t look any further. I’ve had the immense pleasure of trusting Victoria with my music and I’m happy to open up the reviews section, hoping to see it grow exponentially with time.

  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: I am really excited and proud of the work I'm doing for the Marian Anderson musical. I'm proud to have toured with Stevie Wonder for so long and love working with Beyoncé. They're incredible.

  4. A: I'm creating a musical based on the life of opera diva Marian Anderson, working on my band's debut album (EnSPirits), constantly bettering my skills.

  24. A: I started as a classical pianist, learned to play jazz and pop, read music easily and can play virtually anything by ear. I work really hard, and love what I do. I've been playing since I was 2...

  28. A: I've worked with some of the most amazing people on the planet. I'd love to work with Bruno Mars, Lianne LaHavas, Laura Mvula, Imogen Heap, and other insanely talented people.

  32. A: I love and play all kinds of music, classical to R&B, jazz to pop, etc.

  42. A: I'm inspired by artists who work in service to music, whether they're the band at the local bar, or superstars like Beyoncé or Stevie Wonder. My goal is to always be in service to music and to let my love for music shine.
