I create expressive piano parts that serve your song, from intimate accompaniment to fuller arrangements. Need a different colour? I also play Hammond-style organ, electric piano and synths.
I'm Ruud, a pianist, composer and producer based in the Netherlands, with a Master of Music in Music Design from HKU.
Piano is at the heart of my work. I focus on touch, phrasing and finding the right place for each part within a song. Whether you're looking for understated accompaniment, a melodic feature or a more developed piano arrangement, I approach your music with a close ear for its mood and direction.
Alongside piano, I work with Hammond-style organ, electric pianos and synthesizers. These can add warmth, movement or texture, either as the main keyboard part or as a layer around the piano.
My background in composition and production helps me hear each part in the context of the whole track. I can work from a written arrangement, develop an idea from your demo or help you find a keyboard part from scratch.
Tell me about your track, share your references, and let's find the sound and performance that fit.
