I’m a professional male vocalist, songwriter and musician with extensive experience recording for producers, songwriters and independent artists. My session work has included pop recordings, songwriter demos, commercial guide vocals and projects with Grammy Award-winning producers and writers.
My strength is interpretation. Because I’m also a songwriter, I approach a vocal from the inside out—understanding the lyric, melody and emotional intention before deciding how to phrase it. I want the performance to feel like someone means what they’re singing, not simply like someone sang the notes correctly.
I can provide lead vocals, doubles, background vocals and harmonies, and I’m comfortable taking detailed direction or bringing my own ideas when a client wants creative input. I record from my home studio and can deliver clean, organized files ready to drop into your session.

A: Pop, singer-songwriter, rock, adult contemporary and musical theater. I’m particularly comfortable with melodic, lyric-driven material where the vocal needs to communicate a story or strong emotion.

A: Interpreting a song and delivering a vocal that feels emotionally honest. I’m especially strong at understanding what a songwriter is trying to communicate and finding the phrasing, tone and dynamics that make the lyric connect.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring a songwriter’s perspective to every vocal. I’m not just trying to sing the notes well—I’m listening for the emotional point of the lyric, the character of the melody and what the song actually needs. My goal is to deliver a vocal that feels believable, musical and emotionally connected, while still being responsive to the artist or producer’s vision.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I start by listening closely to the song, reference vocal and any notes from the artist or producer. Once I understand the intention, I record multiple takes and build the strongest performance, paying close attention to phrasing, pitch, dynamics and emotion. I can deliver clean, organized vocal files and am happy to make reasonable revisions to make sure the performance fits the project.

A: I record lead and background vocals for songwriters, artists and producers, with an emphasis on delivering an expressive performance that serves the song. I’ve worked as a professional singer for over 25 years, including recording for Disney, pop projects and demos for Grammy-winning producers and songwriters. I can also provide harmonies, vocal arranging and editing when a project needs it.
