G has been with me on my project since April of 2020. He’s been great ever since, accommodating and easy to work with. Especially in our final mastering stage work together, he’s assisted me in making my vision come to life and now I can’t wait to share it with the universe!!

Great engineer at what he do for his profession. I highly recommend Bravo, good communication, and high quality production. I definitely will be using Bravo for a lot of my upcoming work (singles or projects). Spent 2 weeks trying to get another song done from 2 other engineers and I hire Bravo and he completes the task in great timing. Thanks again Bravo appreciate you and your brand!

We've worked together already on just beat mixing and mastering. This is the first time with the beat and the vocals, took a few revisions but we eventually got there .. and that's what matters! New single - "Winter Time" out soon!

Third time working with Gian. This one took a bit more revisions but that was because I over produced the track. He was patient with the revisions and we eventually got it!

This is the second track I've worked with Gian and he brought that cohesiveness that I was looking for in all the different stems. I especially liked the filter buildup that gave me goosebumps!
Interview with Gian Bravo
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring my ears, my taste, and my speed. I've worked on thousands of projects so I know how to bring the best out of your song.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I start by organizing the project for a more efficient workflow. Then I play the song from the beginning and see how long I can get through to the end without something bothering me -- adjust continuously until I can play the song until the end.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: Q: What is your turnaround time?; A: What is your budget?
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What sound are you aiming to achieve? Are you looking for a transparent mix/rebalancing or an entire record makeover?
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Macbook Pro, USB Audio Interface, Studio Monitors (bluetooth speaker would be fine), Headphones, and a MIDI keyboard controller.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Hip Hop, Pop, Electronic, Trap, R&B, and Pop are my top genres.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I can provide production and remixing of any genre with fast turnaround time.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Pharrell, Timbaland, Dr. Dre, Swizz Beatz, and Ryan Leslie.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I help my clients get their music past the finish line. I make sure the music is able to compete with today's commercial standards.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: I aim for Pop tendencies regardless of genre. However, I am well-versed in hip hop, electronic, and R&B.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: The best collaborator is an artist you can establish a great relationship with outside of the studio. Sharing memorable experiences help contribute to the success of a creative collaboration.
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I was recently tasked to create the theme music for the late-night talk show, Desus and Mero on Showtime. The crew trusted my vision and sound and I was blessed to be a part of this project. We are pushing for Emmy nominations this year!
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I am finishing tracks – both my clients' and my own. No feeling is better than reaching the finish line.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Bea Go for all female Pop vocals. She is the best, hands down.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Yes. (The only thing that matters is what happens after you hit 'play'.)
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: My promise is to deliver quality results in a timely fashion while maintaining a clear line of communication. I am dedicated to their projects as if they were my own original works.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I love seeing the reactions from people after they put their trust in me to help bring their music to a level they could not have done otherwise. I love achieving that big and commercial sound.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: People think you need expensive gear to make great tracks. It's about the driver––not the car.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Keep a clear line of communication. Organization also goes a long way.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: My entire life is based on my music and talent. I took piano lessons when I was 4. I remember making beats as early as 6 years old. The first industry person to perform on my music was Dr. Dre when I was 18 years old. I'm currently 27.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: The best mixing tool is the Volume fader.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Gear and software include Pro Tools 10, Logic Pro X, FL Studio, Waves, Melodyne, Auto-Tune Evo, EVENT ASP8s
