Music Producer

My name is Roman Reyes, but Zerane is the name I go by as a music producer. I'm from Dallas,Texas and when I was 16, I decided to become a DJ after noticing an electro remix of a Hip-Hop song I was familiar with at the time. From that moment on I started paying attention to dance music. Coming from the southern part of the United States Hip-Hop was the mainstream genre and dance music wasn't in the forfront. I started off mixing music at random places such as malls, water-parks, and for my own High School. I had a passion for playing records that crossed over EDM with Soul, Hip-Hop, R&B, and Rock. When I graduated from highschool, dance music became more mainstream and respected in the US. I made a decision to become a music producer and attended the Art Institute of Austin where I began producing my own music. Here I learned music theory, aswell as some ins-and-outs of music production. Since then I have been producing records independently with the single goal of making the most out of every song I create
