I’m Cyril Helwig, a Dutch EDM producer, beat maker and re-mixer with over 19 years of experience in producing Electronic Dance Music. I have been in the music industry for the past 4 years - both producing & DJing music. I have a background in a wide variety of music - from rock, soul & motown to hip-hop, house & EDM. I also have experience with podcast editing through my time with my student radio at university. I have the access and knowledge to use industry standard software.
I have spent about a decade serving a clientele of musicians, studio artists, and arts organizations as an audio engineer, composer, and creative technologist. I studied Music Composition at SUNY Purchase, hold an MFA in Sound Arts from the Columbia University, and currently work as a Recorded Music Technician at the Clive Davis Institute at NYU.
