I have been working with audio for a total of 6 years, starting out in live theater and live music in high school and later getting into sound Mixing, Recording and Post Production. I have an AVID Pro Tools 110 certification and work primarily out of the box in Pro Tools. I also currently work full time as a live backline/audio technician.
From producing records that have been praised and reviewed in Spin + Pitchfork, to composing + producing music for major ad campaigns while creating a sonic identity for top brands and scoring indie films. I have an extensive amount of experience in many genres and production pathways.
I can mix and master songs using a In the Box software set up, using programs such as Reaper, Acid Pro, using many well known and used vsts Such as Nectar, Ozone and many others. I also produce dark horror hip hop beats, east coast styled beats, etc. I been mixing and mastering for over a decade and i prefer to work with artists on a budget!
I mix what most engineers avoid: 60 - track gospel choirs and large vocal ensembles. At Easy Touch Studios in Lusaka Zambia, recording and mixing full SATB Choirs is my daily work not a side specialty, send me your stems and get back a mix where twenty sopranos sound like one voice - and the power of the room comes through without mud.
