Music and art are so personal. My approach to Mixing and Mastering is always to make the essence and heart of the song come through while respecting the direction of the artist. I play what the song really needs. I have a broad understanding of how a groove can make the song even greater. When I design the drum parts or produce a music project, I have three words in mind all the time: Solid, Simple and Creative.

I am a recording, mixing, and mastering engineer based out of Toronto, Canada. I attended the Music Industry Arts program at Fanshawe College and have worked with some of the best people in the industry. I have been working as head engineer at SlipOne Digital Studios, and have amassed a great wealth of knowledge and experience there.

Edwrds can not be contained by one genre or emotion. He wants his music to have a voice for the people who are too afraid to show it. He specializes in lyrical storytelling, and freestyling. After SXSW, this singer, songwriter, rapper and producer was motivated to open up his home studio to ALL and share his unique approach to the process.

For 7 years I have built my skills at music production and engineering which includes building tracks from the ground up starting from scratch until reaching the final mix down and master. I am very passionate about pushing a new modern sound and helping people achieve that in their own projects looking to work with other talented creators.

Current Bassist for Shadowgrass and experience tracking on multiple albums with regional artists. As a fulltime freelancer, I dedicate specific attention to each project with the skills, education and experience to back it up. I can read music notation, chord charts, or learn a part by ear as well as improvise a part with the right artistic guide.

My aim is to compose or enhance a track with a fresh and modern production, from synth to sound design, from hybrid orchestral to modern metal. Next step is a powerful mix.
