My name is Will Ballesteros, music engineer, and owner of Bad Monkey Music Studio. As a classically trained pianist and keyboard player, I accidentally got into music production when I was tasked to make the backing tracks for my churches worship team. Since then I am obsessed over making music sound the best it possibly can.

Born in the early 1950's,Plainfield,NJ, I Grew up affected by the music of Hank Williams, Woody Guthrie. In my teens Bob Dylan, John Lennon, Doo Wop, early Rock & Roll. Began writing in earnest at the age of 9. Poetry paints pictures in an impressionistic way that I relate best. I Began teaching myself Guitar in 1970. Wrote my first songs in 1971.

Am a composer and songwriter who adds a unique twist to piano recording. My specialty involves original improvisation that spawns forth unique creative ideas rather quickly. Piano tracks will be recorded on a 7 foot Yamaha concert grand with some of the best mics and pre-amp in the industry.

Over 10 years of experience. I am resident DJ and music programmer for an upscale chain of restaurants across India. I am a music producer, sound designer & sound engineer.

Mastering with analog gear. Worked with Eddie Kramer (Beatles & Rolling Stones engineer). I’m a musician as well and on my own project, The Rockyts, I was also the producer so I got to work with Eddie on it. I’m thrilled that the songs I’ve worked on have been played on countless commercial radio stations as well as on Sirius XM.
