Hi, I'm Cicely Parnas. I'm a cellist who specializes in writing/recording/arranging string melodies and parts in many different styles including pop, rock, cinematic, folk, house, and more. I went to conservatory for cello performance, and played in Carnegie Hall, the trailer for Netflix's The Prom, Nike ads, and with Shawn Mendes on MTV Unplugged.
I'm a skilled sound designer. I graduated with top marks in "Music and new technologies". My specialty is sound design. For example I produced original sound effects for a videogame for XboxOne and Playstation4, for the immersive tunnel in Cinecittà World, and for the film "Cristiano Rolando" for Amazon Prime Video.

I'm a conservatory trained trombonist who has played with San Francisco Symphony, SF Ballet, SF Opera, San Diego Symphony & Detroit Symphony. I studied in LA then Chicago where I was the trombonist for Chicago Blues Hall-of-famer Sam Cockrell. If you can write or sing it, I can play it. I love music of all styles from Beethoven to Big Band
