Writing music comes from every single part of me; heart, gut, bones. I would describe my style as iconoclastic indie rock, with lyrics and vocal tones that are supported by the instrumentation. Raw, real and consistent composition. I throw myself into the story, into the life, the situation, whatever it may be, and whatever takes hold, comes out.
I'm a very creative music writer and poet with my main background being in Hip Hop, but I'm also well-versed in Rock and Punk music as well. I've competed in international Hip Hop platforms (TeamBackPack), and have been actively writing music for almost 11 years. I'm also an active trained chef, with a background in Science in Business Marketing!
Best known for drumming for the band Janus. Albums include Armor and Red Right Return. Five albums total with Janus. Videos include 'If I Were You' and 'Pick Your Prize'. House and touring drummer for Baby Wants Candy Chicago from 1999- 2015. Worked for Second City Chicago, Corporate X, Perfect Red. Proficient in live click with backing tracks.
