Hi my name is Darris. I'm an audio engineer in Atlanta, Ga . I have a B.A. in Audio Production and over 4 years as an audio engineer, including postproduction, tracking, editing, mixing, and mastering audio. I am a Grammy nominated producer, recording, mixing and mastering engineer with over 20 years experience as a professional engineer and musician who has worked on hundreds of albums in various capacities. Some of the artists I have worked with include Kurt Elling, Charlie Hunter, Nate Smith, Marquis Hill, Davy Knowles, Ari Hest, Tobin Sprout.
Started playing music at 15 with piano and fell in love, after that I picked up guitar, bass, drums, and producing. I spend hours daily playing guitar and love every style. From Van Halen to Sublime, Beach House to Gang Starr, I can play it all. I love playing for other people's performances and recordings, matching sounds and vibes to create art!
