I'm Dj Rek. I started producing music and Djing at the young age of 12 years old and sound engineering since 18, and with more than 20 years of studio experience I am highly skilled at almost ANYTHING studio related!
Trained in US, used to teach many years at the sound engineering department at Musicians Institute in Hollywood, CA, after working actively with Steve Vai and Paul Gilbert, I've been doing intense activity across the world of seminar/workshop, audio consultations and mixing gigs.
I've had tracks on Jersey Shore, The Late Late Show with James Corden, and numerous sports programming with the NFL, NHL, MLB, PGA, and NASCAR. I'm making my transition into mixing and by far my biggest strength is to understand the meaning of a song and show that in the most appropriate light possible. I enjoy getting to know who I work with.
