I guess my most impressive quality is that I'm still going. Not sure how I've managed to do it either, but I've had the pleasure of seeing the world many times over with indie bands and Grammy winners, and have been kicked around in studio by some of the best over the last 25 years..... and my phone still rings (suckers!). I have produced records that have done well on commercial radio and actually sold in stores. Most importantly, the recordings I have produced have helped artists sound better and advance their careers.
