I am a musician first. I grew up listening and playing music. The engineering came later and was dictated by my needs as a performer. This enables me to understand what is required to let technology out of the way of creativity. I have more than 18 years experience in recording, mixing, producing and songwriting.
Since 1980, JIM ZOLIS has provided industry pros + indie artists with his finesse and ability as a producer and engineer. Over the years, technology has evolved from 24 tracks of 2" analog recording to the industry standard 196ch+ Pro Tools hard disk recording, editing and mixing system.
