Stefano Bechini is a musician, composer, producer, sound and multimedia designer from Italy.
As musician-composer, he's active mainly in experimental electronic, jazz music, scoring for video/multimedia sequence, but also as sideman for established mainstream artists.
He worked as player-producer for prestigious labels such as Sony Music, Warner Chappell, Disney Music Group and others.
He has been Art Director for projects promoted by the Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage.
He also composed music for cinema and Italian TV productions (RaiCinema, Mediaset).

Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: It's never the same and has to do with emotions....enough to spend an entire life on a mixing desk
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: My monitors (B&W), converters (Metric Halo) and my ears!!!
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Jazz, Classical but also mainstream Pop
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I stand now with an hybrid digital-analog mixing setup that allows me to be fast, maintaining the typical flavor of analog gears.
