JV discovered his calling while working behind the scenes as a music producer and mixing engineer at Grammy-award winning production company House Studios. Jake has had the honor to be behind the boards for greats like Faith Evans, Malik Yusef, Ari Lennox, Mannywellz, Wale, B.O.B, Mick Jenkins, 9th Wonder, Jen Miller, Isaiah Thomas and many more.

I have performed, recorded, and toured with different acts all across the United States. Songs that I have written and performed have been placed on network television, and I have experience working with accomplished producers and engineers such as Bob Clearmountain and Mark Williams. I also have a degree in audio technology from Virginia Tech.
