Its all about getting the best sound sonically and allowing the artists to direct their attention toward the best elements of production.
I like explosions I can feel in my chest, booming drums, big epic action themes, the rush of air out an open airlock, ice cracking beneath my feet, the sound of peaceful wind through trees, the distant howl of a coyote, the crackle of a warm campfire, crickets at night, and most of all, tear-invoking solo piano lines. I am a sound designer.
