Severn Duo are an acclaimed professional session string ensemble comprised of violinist/violist Jess Townsend and cellist Tom McCluskey who to date have appeared in over 1000 professional projects, appearing on Netflix, S4C, BBC and Starz. Recording from their custom-built studio, they can provide any size ensemble from solo to string orchestra.

I am a Los Angeles based composer, orchestrator, and arranger. I specialize in symphonic works and am classically trained and perform in symphony orchestras as well (bass trombone). My orchestrations have appeared in large scale film and video game franchises such as Star Wars, Disneyland, Lucasarts, etc.

I love 'Music'! I love to be involved in the 'songwriting' process, whether it be as a singer, acoustic guitar player, or simply someone who might have that 'alternative suggestion'!.. I'm passionate, experienced and positively creative and I've previously worked with David Gilmour, Richie Havens, Herbie Flowers, Robert Fripp, Miriam Stockley etc!
