A lot of times, people get lost in the process of producing music. To make matters worse, the solutions they propose (“the song needs new guitars”, “mastering will fix it”, etc.) might not at all be what will actually make the song better. I specialize in stepping into these situations and using fresh ears to get the track to the finish line.
Writing, playing (guitar, bass - acoustic and electric, drums, keys), recording, mixing, mastering. For twenty years the two of us have been making records as Field Music, doing pretty much everything in-house. We've arranged for strings and brass, written to all sorts of briefs and produced/mixed a bunch of records for other artists too.
