My day job is managing one of the most successful mastering studios in the industry. By night I mix. And produce. Generally I don't distinguish much between the two, I just like to make stuff. And make stuff better.
I am a good mixer. Yes, I can get your stuff mastered. If you want it, I'll be a one stop shop.
I have opinions, sometimes strong ones. I will always listen to you, but I won't always agree with you- I want what's best for the song.
I am not a "demo 2.0" mixer. If you just want the same thing "but better", I'm not your guy. You want to work with me because your music is fresh; you're open to taking your songs higher and pushing the envelope. Sometimes this involves adding production; often it means taking it out, letting the song breathe.
It means letting go of what is and trying new things. Sometimes we end up where we started- your song is damn good already. Sometimes it goes to a totally new (and better) place.

Payment for mixing is half up front, half upon completion. Mixing turn around is generally 2 days per song. Producing payment is the same; turn around varies widely by project.
