Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Gear: For electrics I have a Fender Telecaster, Fender Stratocaster, Fender Jazzmaster, and Gretsch Country Classic Double Cutaway. My acoustics are a Martin OM and a small parlor guitar (great for country, folk, indie stuff). My amps include a Bad Cat Cub III (AC30/Matchless tone spot on) and a Fender Princeton for some glassy cleans. I also have the latest modeling software to get any tone I need. I have a wide assortment of boutique pedals to get any sound I need for the project. My studio gear includes several dynamic and condenser microphones. I use an Apollo Twin into Logic Pro X. Pugins from Waves and UA.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Ryan Adams, Coldplay, U2, The Killers, Brad Paisley, Joh Mayer, Dawes, Colony House....just to name a few.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I commonly provide electric guitar tracks for singer/songwriters looking to add more dimension to their songs. I also retrack guitars for artists who want a clean, studio-quality recording for their song.
