Hey all! My name is Bobby Kendall. I'm a multi-instrumentalist session musician, freelance performer, studio engineer and producer from Troy, NY.

I've been playing and studying music for over 20 years and loving every minute. I earned my Masters Degree in Jazz Studies at Purchase College, studying and playing upright bass. I had the pleasure of studying under Todd Coolman, Doug Weiss, Ralph Lalama, Jon Faddis, Charles Blenzig and Mark Vinci. I've been honored to share the stage with Jimmy Cobb, Louis Hayes, Ralph Lalama, Ray Anderson, Cyrille Amiee, Mark Vinci, and many other talented musicians. I also play electric bass, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, baritone guitar, guitalele, drums and vocals. I offer session work with any of these instruments, and I also offer mixing. I'm fluent in several genres, including Jazz, Blues, Latin, Americana, Indie-Folk, Indie-Electronic, Post-Rock, Overhand-Guitar Tapping, Hip Hop, R&B and Classical. I have a fully-equipped home studio with which I record my own music and diverse bands on a weekly basis. I've recently had the pleasure of receiving guidance from 5-time Grammy-Winning studio engineer, Joe Ferla. I'd love to work with any of you who need session work or mixing. Thank you! :)
