Stephen is a unique producer with a penchant for helping find an artists sound. Stephen has received significant critical acclaim from the likes of The Wire (shortlisted for “Best avant-rock” 2011 & 2012), Pitchfork (“Best new music 2012") and awarded Album of the Week by BBC Radio 1. Based in within Liverpool, UK, with over 20 years experience in music production, composition and and MA multimedia art, WhatStudio is currently situated in the inspiring St Brides, a stunning neo-classical church and recording facility.
