Sound designing n' engineering

I do musical and sound designing and also do postproduction and editing of all sorts of audio files.

My name is Enol and I'm living in Barcelona. From early ages I started recording my own and other's people music, and by the time I was 15 with some money me and my friends set up our first home studio composed only on a Berhringer interface and a cheap condenser microphone. This was for me my first contact with sound, the DAW's and the editing tools.
A little bit after that, I decided to study sound engineering where I learnt basic concepts of sound physics and the using of different equipments; Sound mixers, signal proccesors, microphones, amplifiers etc. It was then when I realized that with this knowledge and other tools I could go beyond: Building something creative and artistic. Ever since I’ve been immersed in the world of musical production, specially in electronic music where I became interested on sound designing. To create soundscapes that don't exists or recreate others that do, to invent textures and melodies from the frequencies emanated from objects and instruments or the blend between them. With this idea in mind I've started piano lessons and musical composition studies, thinking this was an important part to incorporate into my "sound education". Using these techniques and knowledge I was able to do a constant comparative between the technical world (Frequencies) and the artistic world (Musical notes) which has greatly enriched my career.
