I've always prided myself on bringing out the authenticity in an artist or song and to make my productions fresh and special. Have written songs with many well known songwriters and have produced and developed artists that go on to achieve major record deals.
I take stock in making the final product I deliver genuine to every artist's vision. It's not so much about what genre I work in, but in what the song and artist are trying to convey. Every project is different and I am able to structure my skills as producer to accommodate whatever vision you have as an artist.
I can take whatever ideas you have for a song and make that a reality! Being a lifelong musician and pianist I also understand musically what your song needs to level up. Then using my experience as a producer I make that vision come to life through the speakers.

Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: The great moments in my career are seeing the songs and the artists I work with do big things! I've had 2 artists I helped develop get record deals, I've placed many songs in film/tv my biggest placement being in "The Office" on NBC.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I'm working on an original project with songwriter Sheppard Solomon

A: Both! Digital is quick and clean where analog is warm and a vibe! It's great to blend both colors.

A: Many people ask me if I went to school for this - my answer is yes, I have my bachelors degree in music composition and record production.... But to me it's not about schooling. I've been a lifelong musician and have followed my passion for music.

A: This is my career path, been doing this professionally for about 18 years

A: Pop but with depth and honesty
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I'd love to work with Lady Gaga or Sia because they are both tremendous songwriters - and the song to me is EVERYTHING
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Leave your ego at the door. Haha that's first... But for tips, I've found that the top productions utilize a lot of subtile layering that isn't obvious to the listener.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I'm usually working on some form of pop music.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I'd say my strongest skill is getting to the heart of the music and nailing a competitive track that stands up against the best that's out there
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring years of knowledge both musically and technically speaking. I also have a vast network of music people here in Los Angeles that I can call on if needed.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I like to talk to the client about exactly what they are looking for. It can start from just an idea or inspiration all the way up to a finished track that needs that extra 10%. I've consulted and helped artists find a direction to their music as well.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have a hybrid digital/analogue studio setup. I send my DAW (usually pro-tools) out through the UAD apollo through a Neve summing box. I have plug ins and soft synths/virtual instruments and samples for days.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Max Martin, Cirkut, Julia Michaels, Ryan Tedder, Timbaland, Sia, Lady Gaga - the list goes on and on
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: The most common work I do for people is to compose the music/songs and produce the tracks for their projects. In regards to the song, I either can help them with existing material to make it better, or start from scratch.
