Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

A: I live on the music since 2006. Since 2007 i´m touring around the globe, producing, remixing, DJ-performing as the EDM- and electro house act "Klaas". Currently i´m focused more on studio work. Besides my own official Klaas-releases and -remixes i work on ghost productions and mixdowns for EDM artists.

A: Powerful, transparent and clear with well defined kick, bass and very present vocals

A: Transparency, clearness, power, definition, in-your-face vocal sound, my own sub bass for kickdrum and my own sub bass for the perfect bassline.

Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

A: Composing EDM instrumentals, mixing&mastering of vocal EDM songs.

Q: Can you share one music production tip?

A: Analytical and technical work in the morning - emotional and creative work at night. Detailed comparisons with professional and matching reference songs though it's not always fun.

A: Armin Van Buuren, because he has inspired me in my youth and i´m sure he has a great personality.

Q: What's your strongest skill?

A: 1) After some specific questions I can figure out what kind of sound my clients wish. 2) In-depth analysis of reference tracks in order to transform the acquired knowledge into creativity. 3) I can deliver on my scheduling commitments, which sadly you don't always find in this industry.
