Suede Silver on SoundBetter

I'm Suede Silver, your Swiss Army Knife of the music industry! I've created my whole career by doing every task of being an artist; writing, tracking, producing, mixing, masting, & even doing my own music videos & graphic design. With approximately 1M total streams and $20k in licensing deals you can trust we'll make something rad!

Producing:
Because I'm a multi-instrumentalist, writer, and handle each step of the recording process, producing is my strongest capability. I can see the whole picture of a song, the arrangement, and each part, and compile them all into the vision of the artist with ease. I can also hear what is missing in a song, or needs to be taken away to produce the most authentic and captivating recording of a song.

Writing:
I can assist with lyrics and melodies. That can mean coming up with something new entirely, or just refinement for better syllabic/melodic flow. My style forte is light, happy, and accessible.

Tracking:
I can track guitar, bass, real mic-ed drums, ukulele, harmonica, and mandolin.
My forte is guitar and I offer the choices of electric, acoustic, 12 string, and classical.

Mixing:
I've been an obsessive audiophile for as long as I can remember, and that obsession has translated into a passion for mixing music. I love making music jump out of speakers in whatever way best moves the listener. My mixing style is retro-rock inspired with a hi-fidelity and modern twist which focuses on the drums and bass. Mixing influences include The 1975, The Weeknd, The War on Drugs, and modern hip hop.

  7. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  8. A: Im inspired by any artist who is on the fore-front of of the music industry. Anything that grabs my attention as something I haven't heard before gets me excited.

  10. A: Most often I'll work on vocal production with my clients, as its one of the most difficult and also most important aspects of a production.
