I've worked with Ryan across two full albums now, and at this point I trust him completely with my music. What stands out is how well he listens - not just to notes I give him, but to the feel and intention behind the songs. He never tries to impose a sound! He figures out what the track is trying to be and helps it get there.
Highly recommend him if you want someone who's genuinely invested in the project.
Working with Ryan was one of those rare experiences where everything just clicked from the beginning. I had specific ideas for how I wanted the tracks to feel (i.e., space, dynamics, energy, tone) and he translated them into the mix perfectly. While his versatility and professionalism are top class, its Ryan's deep understanding of both the technical and creative aspects of mixing that really makes him stand out. I'd absolutely work with him again.
