  1. Review by Barima A.

Serg is a true prefessional. He is able to take your idea and add a splash of magic. He has added guitar to a funk/soul track and has provided so much good stuff that you just want to fit it all in. Great communication and Wow! What a fantastic job. Top billings!!!

  2. Review by Michael M.

It was such a pleasure working with Serg again. Amazing communication once again and he really helped round out the track! As always, his guitar parts are top notch and he delivered it in a very timely manner.

I'm really looking forward to when we get to work together in the future.

Interview with Serg Dimitrijevic

  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: Stay tuned for my bands releases this year! The bands name is Intergalactix and we're featuring the Grooveline Horns on a couple releases. You can follow us on IG, Facebook, YouTube and Spotify.

  3. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  4. A: Im currently finishing up mixing an album that I recorded in Texas with my band Intergalactix.

  5. Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?

  6. A: Yes! If you're looking for bass, don't hesitate to hit up Kristian Attard. For all or any killer horns, Carlos Sosa is the man! Drums, I would recommend Brandon Combs and Mike Avaneim.

  7. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  8. A: Both work great and its just a matter of preference.

  9. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  10. A: I love what I do and I believe that when you love what you do, it shows and people can feel it. You still need to work hard and that definitely must be a focus.

  11. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  12. A: I ask what they hear on their track/s and I execute it to the best of my ability and then go over any other ideas they might have before I start adding my stuff.

  13. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  14. A: Im very approachable and super easy to communicate with so let's make some music!

  15. Q: How would you describe your style?

  16. A: I would describe my style as eclectic with a lean towards the funkier side of life!

  17. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  18. A: Make sure to have phantom power turned on when using microphones that need it!

  19. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  20. A: I've been fortunate to work on a wide variety of projects ranging from albums, singles, EP's, movie sound tracks and TV shows. I really love doing it all!

  21. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  22. A: I feel that I bring a song to life and add value to the overall sound and production. I always make sure that the client gets what they want and are extremely happy with the end result. I won't rest till they are smiling!

  23. Q: What's your typical work process?

  24. A: I always speak with the client first to make sure I deliver all/any of their ideas and then add my flavour. I always like to give a little extra so the client has a few more options with their track/s.

  26. A: My studio is currently at home and I'm running Pro Tools and Abelton. I have a bunch of outboard gear consisting of Neve, API and Retro mic pre's, EQ's and compressors. A few mic options and a variety of analog and digital synths plus an arsenal of guitars, basses and a whole bunch of stuff!

  27. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  28. A: I'm inspired by anyone who has a strong work ethic and isn't afraid of trying new ideas or concepts and definitely thinking outside the box.

  29. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
