Janez Dovč (1980) accordionist, multiinstrumentalist & composer. Was a member of Terrafolk (BBC World Music Award 2003) and is currently a member of different music bands and projects, collaborating with many slovenian and international artist. In 2007 he recorded a solo performance album with Slovenian Philharmonic Orchestra, most recent project are AkordeON, compositions for accordion and electronics and international Elda trio. His playing can be heard on more than 40 albums. He is also artistic director of project Sounds of Slovenia; acclaimed Slovenian musicians from various bands promoting Slovenian land and culture. As a composer he is working in the field of TV, feature films and theatre plays.
