Ale Alberti on SoundBetter

I'm a 4x Grammy nominated, multi-platinum bilingual songwriter living in LA. I've written singles for Alesso, Snoop Dogg, JLO, Illenium, Anitta, Bryce Vine, Becky G, Ally Brooke, Inna, etc. I've accumulated over 1.5 Billion streams and radio airplay. I've also had my voice featured on 3 Alesso releases "One Last Time," "Progresso," and "Time."

These are a few things that I can offer in the Pop/R&B/EDM/Latin/Urban space.

Demo Vocals
I can cut vocals both in English and Spanish. I got the secret sauce in vocal chains.

Songwriting
I can cater to any style mentioned above. Lyrics + Melodies.

Feature
EDM/DJ releases (no credit).

I'm very prompt with delivery as I have a home studio and self sufficient.

  2. A: I recently got a song on 'Fast and Furious 9' (movie and soundtrack), as well as 'Birds of Prey.' They were one of the most highly anticipated movies/soundtracks of the year and I got to write a song alongside the biggest names of the industry. My role is co-writer and background vocalist on the record.

  3. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  4. A: I'm in the studio with Bryce Vine, Pretty Much, Maria Isabel, Shaylen, Gia Woods

  5. Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?

  6. A: 1. Gino The Ghost 2. Shaylen

  7. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  8. A: Digital. You can edit sounds without it changing the original copy. Easy to compress.

  9. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  10. A: I will do everything in my power to deliver the best song/vocal that I can. I want everyone to be 100% happy with the end result.

  11. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  12. A: That it doesn't feel like a job. I'm so lucky that I can live off of my passion and make music that I love.

  13. Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

  14. A: How long have I been doing this? Over 15 years.

  15. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  16. A: What are you looking for? What do you need?

  17. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  18. A: Know exactly what you want. I've been doing this for over 15 years and can deliver if the client is clear and straight to the point.

  19. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  20. A: sm7b mic, laptop with my logic, headphones, duet, and guitar.

  21. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  22. A: I've been singing since I could remember. I got into the music industry at 16yrs old. After making my rounds in Miami as a writer I got nominated to a Latin Grammy. I moved to LA to pursue the pop world. Up to now I have around 65 major label placements.

  26. A: Drake. I love his melodies and his vibe.

  27. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  28. A: Keep it simple. If you overdo it, then the song loses its power.

  29. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  35. Q: What's your typical work process?

  36. A: I usually start with the concept/title. I then start structuring the Chorus (melody and lyrics) and once I feel like I have a strong hook, I complete the rest of the song (verse, pre, bridge, post).

  37. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  38. A: I have the latest version of Logic Pro. SM7B mic that goes into my UA710. Yamaha speakers. DT 770 Pro headphones. Duet by apogee.

  39. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  40. A: John Mayer, Max Martin, Beyonce, Drake

  41. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  42. A: I mostly write songs (melody + lyircs), sing, and can cut myself on Logic. I've been in the music industry for years working with the biggest artists, labels and managers. I can also give feedback on songs or guidance.
