Hi I'm Jeroen! I have written, produced and released music as an independent artist (+2 million streams) and worked with dozens of artists from all over the world. As a professional Music Producer and Mixing Engineer, I can use my expertise to elevate your song - it'd be a pleasure to take your music to the next level.
Located in The Netherlands, I work on a variety of projects for artists and songwriters, whilst also dedicating time to my personal artist project.
As a songwriter and producer I love blending acoustic, organic and electronic sounds in my music. This combination creates a ton of freedom to craft a unique soundworld that fits the song. I produce intuitively and based on feeling which is why I prefer working on music I connect with emotionally: usually anything 'sad' or 'introspective'.
I don't believe in a 'one size fits all' kind of approach when it comes to music production and mixing. Everyone's music is different which is why I work really closely with you: the artist! Your input forms the basis and tells me where we're going.I want to help you bring YOUR vision to life and will make sure that you end up with a song you're proud to show your friends.

Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I work from my own little studio in Utrecht, The Netherlands. The studio is built around recording and producing in-the-box. I have all the instruments I need at hand, ready to record when needed.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Stylistically: dreamy, melancholic, contemporary. A blend between acoustic sounds and electronic influences. Emotionally: sad, introspective
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I take pride in communicating clearly and promptly with everyone I work with. It's not necessarily a 'skill' but I think communication is very important, and it's often appreciated by my clients.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: What I bring to a song is my years of experience writing and producing music which enables me to write and record the parts a song needs and build a soundworld without needing to involve another party (and extra expenses).
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: Before we start working on anything I would love to have a little chat with you about the song to see if we connect! Creating music is a highly personal thing, and it's important that we match on a personal, as well as an artistic level.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I most often work with singer-songwriters to help turn their song into a professional, Spotify ready track! This usually involves recording guitar or piano, adding instruments like drums, bass or synths to fill out the soundstage, and adding effects for ambience and depth. That said, no song is the same and that's what makes this so much fun!
